La Semaine de l'Allier is the weekly paper for the département (which could be equivalented to a state in US) of Allier.

I needed to make change, so I bought a newspaper. I typically would buy La Montagne, Montluçon's newspaper, but today it was not with the rest of the papers. Once I went up to the register I noticed La Montagne, which had its own stand, but I decided to stick with La Semaine de l'Allier. Before going to bed, I took out the paper to do a little reading and to my surprise I noticed I was in a photo. It is of me with other Montluçonnais waiting at the Saint Pierre bus stup. The article is regarding the population decrease in Montluçon and its surrounding towns.
