10 mai 2009, Nantes → Montluçon

SUNDAY
Jardin des Plantes
Nos pelouses centenaries sont réservées aux petits oiseaux. (Our hundred year old grass is reserved for small birds). I hope the big birds know how to read.
Marché Talensac being is the oldest and largest market in Nantes makes it one of the key things to do on a Sunday, when everything else is closed.

This sign was posted at a building site in Nantes, it is entertaining, because Bati-Nantes is a play on words. building=batiment and the -es in Nantes is not pronounced, thus -ment and -Nantes have a very similar sound.
I was amongst the many travelers heading back home after a three-day weekend. During part of the train ride between Nantes and Saint-Pierre-des-Corps I had to stand due to lack of seating.
Walking home from the train station in Montluçon.
