Château d’Annecy, which was used by the Counts of Geneva beginning in the thirteenth century, is now a museum. The temporary exhibit was on the prehistoric age in the region. The permanent exhibits consisted of medieval artwork, furniture from the nineteenth century, and modern art.

Bought a baguette, cheese, lettuce, and other staples from the grocery store and enjoyed dinner in our hotel room.

Leslie and I walked along Lac d'Annecy and eventually ended up in the town of Sevrier.
Sevrier Cemetery has Lac d'Annecy and the French Prealps as a background.
