SUNDAY
Today I spent several hours walking around Montluçon and familiarizing myself with the area where each of my three schools were located.
The view of Montluçon when walking down Rue Buffon.

Promenade Barbara, a short trail I came upon when walking down the road. There were several runners that went passed me while I was walking through the trail.
I was trying to find a shortcut to one of my schools, École Jean Moulin, and while I wasn't quite successful, I did come upon the Parc St. Jean and the Hippodrome.
A Hippodrome is a horsetrack, which I have found to be quite common in France. I walked around the train. In the middle of the track there was a small soccer field and also a rugby field.
It turned out that there was a horse race later in the day, so as I was leaving the hippodrome I saw people showing up with their horses, it was kind of interesting. You never know what you will happen upon.
